Rebecca Montes brings almost two decades of dietary supplement manufacturing experience and an established record of team leadership, quality improvement, increasing production efficiencies and regulatory compliance, innovation and major projects implementation. She is a veteran softgel manufacturer with her last 18 years at other Southern California based softgel facilities where she was responsible for the formulation process development and successful introduction of over 3000 products equating to over 1 billion dollars (retail) worth of product. The newly created role will position Ms. Montes as a key leader while Robinson Pharma Inc. (RPI) continues its fast-paced growth in both existing product capacity and its entrance into numerous new delivery systems, packaging formats, and business verticals.

RPI has already expanded into cosmetic and liquid products manufacturing, and has dramatically increased its powder processing capabilities. Additional leadership, specifically the skill set that Ms. Montes brings, is required to coordinate these new capabilities and manage the planned expansions of softgel production, hard shell encapsulation, and development of additional dose form manufacturing. Robinson Pharma Inc.
